A fabulous antique Edwardian pendant bezel set with a colourful natural opal in the centre (approx. 1.30ct), accompanied by twelve twinkling old cut diamonds (approx. 1.80ct total).

The open-work gallery is fashioned in 18ct gold with four scrolling heart motifs surrounding the centre stone. It’s in excellent condition and would look wonderful suspended from a gold chain.
